- Only non-European residents may purchase and use the Eurail France Pass.
- Holders of long-term visas (6+ months) for European countries are not eligible.
- Passengers must hold valid visas for countries passed through—even without disembarking.
- Ineligible nationalities include: Latvia, Albania, Bulgaria, France, Slovakia, Romania, UK, Italy, Germany, Montenegro, Czechia, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, Turkey, Austria, Poland, Ireland, Hungary, Croatia, Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Finland, Monaco, Greece, Russia.
Child Policy
- Children under 4: Free, no seat included, must be accompanied by a paying adult; age proof required.

Cancellation Policy
- For some products: Once the order is completed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

- Unactivated passes can be refunded at 85% within 360 days of purchase.
- Activated passes are non-refundable.
- Refund timing may require 14 working days depending on processing.
Voucher Use
- The voucher received after booking is NOT a valid ticket.
- Retrieve and activate your pass via the Eurail Rail Planner App (Google Play | App Store) using your last name and pass number.
- Add and activate your pass before your first travel day.
