Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
7.50-8.40AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.20AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.50AM to get on the bus.

Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.

Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Nice experience and our guide Phong was patient and nice. Lunch was decent with quite a good spread. Drinks on board was reasonably priced too. The tour includes a short 20-25mins to a Pearl Museum. The pearls are pretty but a bit pricey. Highly recommend this day trip to anyone visiting Hanoi.
Very modern and comfortable boat plus yummy lunch provided on board.
Activities were good and enjoyable. Servers should be mindful when serving food as at times, the people seating on the same table may not be friends or family known to each other, Dishes served were far from others - eg vegetarian and normal dishes were mixed up and some people could not get access to the food or did not know which was vegetarian or not.
Join only if you like to be brought to some pearl factory, art gallery. My aim is to spend more time in Halong Bay. Bus sat 33 pax, was uncomfortable. Food was served instead of buffet, just in a smaller group is my advice. Should have signed up Hercules cruise, saw the guests were having buffet lunch in the more premium cruise.
