• This product can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people, and no guests other than the massage therapist are allowed.
  
• Please note that the reservation time is the pickup time.
• If you contact or visit the massage shop directly without our personal confirmation (KakaoTalk) confirmation, it may not be possible to confirm or confirm your reservation.
• If traveling individually, please arrive at your reservation time. If your arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you will be treated as a no-show.
• Please inquire separately for babysitting services.
• There is a shower facility so you can take a quick shower.
• When adjusting the intensity of the massage, you can tell the therapist “salsa” or “hard” in Korean.
• We will notify you separately if additional charges are incurred. The event may not be held due to a natural disaster, and if the event cannot proceed, you will be notified individually.
• Partial refunds will not be issued if the time is shortened or the schedule is changed due to natural disasters, etc. If you are not at the announced pickup time and location or are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
• Please keep your valuables to yourself or be careful not to lose them.
• Please make sure to purchase travel insurance individually.
• Injuries caused by personal carelessness will be covered through travel insurance, so please bring a receipt from local medical treatment.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your health (pre-existing conditions, etc.) or accidents caused by your own negligence.

• Cancellation reception criteria: 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Requests received after operating hours will be applied on the next business day.
