Great pickup experience. I received a message with clear instructions the day before. Ride was ready even though we were 40 minutes early, and we arrived at our hotel even before the original scheduled pickup time. Price provided great value, especially after Singapore Airlines discount on Pelago.
Our driver came to our hotel lobby 15 minutes early and helped us with our luggage. We booked the van option because we were travelling in a group of 5 and had more than 12 pieces of luggage. Our vehicle was clean and new. It was a seamless experience and we were very happy with this service and highly recommend it.

The meet up point easy to find, thanks to the guide sent few days before. The trip to hotel went smoothly, the driver was helpful. Although we met 1 hour late due to the long queue of immigration they still facilitate us. Really recommended, we were 9 people in 1 van.
The process was like clockwork. Just needed to follow the pictures sent via Pelago (Costa, in my case) and find your name on one of the signages (it was under KKday). The attendant will then hand you over to another person until you reach the pickup bay outside the airport. Once the car has arrived, you will be asked to board the car. No fuss when I reached the hotel too.
