Purchase Notice
- For Saturday/Sunday buyers, please make a reservation on Monday and we will inform you of the pickup time before 5 PM on Tuesday.
- Upon confirmation, we will provide you with the KakaoTalk/emergency contact information of a Korean representative residing in Vietnam.
- Since this is a join tour, you do not need to worry about delays in pickup, etc. If you contact the emergency contact number on the day of the tour, we will promptly confirm.
- For hotels in the new city or outskirts, you must arrive directly at The Hanoian Hotel (42A hang cot) by 08:45.
- We offer free pick-up service from hotels in Hoam Kiem Old Town, so please provide the exact hotel name when making your reservation.
- Please wait in the lobby on the first floor of the accommodation at the designated pickup time.
- If your pickup time is between 09:00 and 09:20, please be sure to wait at the meeting location from 09:00.
- If you are not in the lobby at the pick-up time, your tour may depart without prior notice, and you will be considered a no-show, with no refund or date change possible.
- If you would like to meet at Halong Bay, please wait at the ATM in front of Halong Bay Pier from 12:00 and you can meet the guide between 12:00 and 12:20.
- If you have a child under 4 years old, please indicate this in the "Notes" section when purchasing. If no seats are available on the day, your child will need to sit on a guardian's lap while riding.
- Please note that the round trip takes approximately 6 hours, so please take this into consideration when making a reservation for the elderly, pregnant women, and infants.
- In the case of a Vietnam foreigner joining tour, there are cases where you stop by a shopping mall visited by locals to use the restroom.
- We inform you that we are a shopping shop unrelated to the tour operator and are not responsible for any purchases made by the tour operator.
- The above schedule may be subject to change depending on local circumstances.
- We do not recommend going to the airport after the tour ends, and we recommend taking the tour a day in advance to ensure you have plenty of time.
- Separate fees apply for the Vietnamese Lunar New Year holiday and will be announced separately.
