Very good and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Good----------------------------------------------------
The booking was easy and the lounge had very good hot stations and snacks. The lounge is also very spacious and had a good view of the airplane runway. The staff were also very helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience.
Next best thing to a motel room/pod. Having a shower, somewhere to lay and sleep and food and beverage availabile was incredible. Friendliest, most helpful staff and so very clean and quiet. Highly recommend
It wouldn’t be that good without the help of Priscilla one of the kindest staff. I truly appreciate her, having a child and a teen in a lounge area would’ve been difficult for me but she helped me get through it.. thank you Priscilla…( if I got her name right)
It is a reasonably good lounge, definitely better than most lounges in Europe nowadays, with a sufficient selection of food and drinks. It is not opulent but it provides a traveller with a decent peacefulnoasis, which is what most people seek in a lounge after all. We also had the pleasure of having a short chat with Ms Jen Ho who tipped us about the Butterfly Garden and the Jewel, and we made sure to visit them before leaving Singapore.
