**The ultimate winery experience as you saddle up for a beautiful, guided
trail ride through the vineyards of our picturesque Petaluma site, then be
treated to a guided wine tasting. **
Arrive to be greeted by the Hallmark
Farm team and fitted with helmets
and participate in a briefing all while getting to know the horses by the
hitching rail. All horses are specifically selected based on your needs from
seasoned steeds of the famous Hallmark
Farm in Woodside owned by
Megan Jones (Silver medal Olympian, Equestrian Hall of fame member, Dual
Olympian, World championship Medalist in Aachen Germany) and husband James
Deacon.
After the briefing and any questions, you will saddle up and perform some
basic maneuvers while supported by your trail guide, then set off for
approximately 45 mins guided trail ride around a designated course. There will
be opportunities to stop for photos and some magnificent hills and vineyard
views along the way as your guide will provide commentary on the site and
history of Petaluma.
After returning your steed to the hitching rail for some rest, photos and a
brush down, you will progress to the cellar door for some welcome refreshments
and a guided wine tasting. Experience a curated wine tasting from our brands
Petaluma and Croser including our flagship range to understand the ethos of
Petaluma and our obsession with distinguished vineyards and sourcing our fruit
from the best regions. These elegant wines are classics in both style and
regionality, and a must have in the cellar.

** Q: Will my booking go ahead during warm ** (35 _ ° C+)

A: Yes. Petaluma and/or Hallmark Farm will contact you directly if weather
conditions are deemed unsuitable or too dangerous to facilitate the
experience. Cancellations due to weather are rare and generally occur only
during extreme events , (i.e. catastrophic fire danger days, heavy
rainfall). In most cases, guests will receive at least 24 hours’ notice**.
** Q: What should I wear?
A: Riders must wear long pants and closed‑toe shoes with a small
heel**. Shorts and skirts are not permitted. Hallmark Farm provides all
required safety equipment, including helmets.
** Q: Can I book as a solo rider? (1 person)
A: Yes. Solo riders are welcome! Please email

Please note: a minimum of two guests** is required for the experience to
operate, so availability for solo riders depends on existing bookings.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled
start time for check-in and a safety briefing. Late arrivals may result in a
shortened experience or forfeiture without refund. ****

Cancellations: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for
cancellations or changes. Full refunds will only be offered with more than 72
