In Tertúlia Algarvia's Culinary Classes we take this a step further by learning how to prepare the most iconic regional dish: the tasty - cataplana. Head to the kitchen for a fun and authentic cooking class and by the time it’s over, you’ll have created a delectable dish to enjoy for lunch or dinner! This activity starts at 11.30 or 6:30 pm at Tertúlia Algarvia´s Restaurant and Culinary School with a complete menu that includes starters, drinks, the cataplanas made in cooking class and dessert.
