- This is a joint tour product that can be departed with a minimum of 4 people. If the minimum number of people is not met up to the day before departure, the tour may be canceled and we will contact you individually to inform you of schedule changes/cancellation/refunds.
- Infants under 90cm tall are free of charge. However, infant seats may not be provided when the number of passengers is full. If you are bringing an infant, please indicate this in your request.
- To ensure a smooth tour, we will depart on time. If you are late for the meeting time, please contact us in advance, but we will not be able to wait for you due to other guests joining. If you are late, you will be considered a no-show and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded, so please arrive early.
- Please note that carriers, strollers, and wheelchairs are not allowed on the tour. If you do, you will not be able to participate in the tour.
- There is a dress code when entering the summer villa. If you wear the restricted clothing, you must purchase clothes on site (100-150 baht) (exposed clothes, skirts above the knee, short shorts, ripped jeans, sleeveless shirts, slippers, etc.)
