A hiking tour around the highest peak of Corfu. Participants will enjoy unique panoramic views of the entire island that remain unforgettable. It begins from the “GEO bicycling and more” in Dassia or from a pre-arranged meeting point and we drive by minivan to the top of Pantokrator mountain. The activity will take place in protected natural area with rather “alpine” Mediterranean flora. Up there the air has the characteristic scent of wild peppermint and oregano and the climate is never too hot, even in the middle of July. From the starting point of the tour we can see down and several kilometers far away, up to Corfu Town. As we move forward, we have panoramic views of the sparkling sea and the North –East coastline and Albania. The hiking is a 9 km circular route. The activity lasts approx. 4 hours plus 2 the transport.
