There we will stop for a short time to enjoy the beauty of the city and then continue our desert Merzouga trip. We also stop in the cedar forest at the small village of Azrou where we may have an opportunity to see the app’s monkey and amazing views of Cedar trees. After lunch, we will continue to Merzouga via Errachidia and Erfoud. You will be traveling through the fascinating Tizi Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz Valley, taking in views of the High Atlas plateaus. You’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the city of Errachidia. At Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way to Erfoud and Rissani. During your stay in the desert camp, you will be able to explore the magic of the desert silence and wonderful views of golden sand dunes and the sun. After enjoying an amazing sunrise and camel trek over the dunes of Erg Chebbi, Meet your driver/guide and start driving to Fes crossing the Ziz Valley through Errachidia which is the capital of the Tafilalet region. We continue to Midelt where we will have lunch at leisure before we keep driving across the Middle Atlas Mountains with its Cedar Forests and Berber towns of Imouzzer and Ifran, which are both famous as winter ski resorts for Moroccans.
