It was an excellent experience. The food selection was very good and tasty. Lounge was spacious and quiet.
Lots of food options, comfy seats. There are even showers.
More food and showers
Food was pretty basic and uninspired but the lounge was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had a 7 hour stopover. There are so few options at this airport that the lounge was worth the money.
The lounge is full, I think they overbooked. It's hard to find a seat and the place is chaotic.
2 stars because I booked the wrong date (26 May instead of 27 May) I wanted to go in early to use it but forgot that intl departures are 3 hours before. I quickly emailed them and asked for a change in date and they refused to. It’s my fault but since I did not get to use the lounge either and the customer service @ the lounge is so rigid, 2 stars is p generous. Reviews on google are not great either so book at your own risk (which I did and now regret). I read the reviews and decided to just book it so I have a place to shower but I eventually book an airport hotel @ Novotel which is much nicer anyway :)
