Very easy to book and use. It is almost immediate confirmation. Just needed to refresh the app and get the voucher once payment has been confirmed and approved. Experience at Osaka castle was educational and interesting. Highlight was the top deck where you could see 360 degrees views.

Pre-purchasing this ticket was a real time-saver as I was able to skip the long queue onsite and progress to immediately entering the Castle with a quick scan of the QR code. The Castle itself was quite interesting, filled with 7 floors of exhibits and timeline history of how it was built and evolved. There are also two souvenir stores (one on the 8th Floor, the other on the Ground Floor) - I'd recommend to check out the Ground floor shop as it has more souvenirs to offer and you're able to pay by card. A worthwhile visit, including a beautiful surrounding of the gardens and a magnificent view of the Castle at night.

The castle museum had very interesting exhibits and storytelling on the battle which established the first shogunate of Japan. Also interesting was the stone wall museum which was built around an excavated section of the first Osaka castle. Definitely worth a visit.
