- Essential Items
- Changing room facilities on the island may not be ideal, so it is
recommended to wear your swimsuit under your clothes before departure.
- Beach towel, sunscreen, change of clothes, hat, sunglasses, waterproof bag,
and some emergency cash (It is recommended to leave large amounts of money in
the hotel safe).

- Infants (3 years old and under) are free. (Please indicate in your request if you are bringing an infant.)
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may be canceled or a refund may be issued.
- If the name on the hotel reservation differs from the name on the tour reservation, pickup may be delayed. (Please enter the English names of all hotel guests and tour participants identically, as they appear on their passports.)
- Additional charges may apply for hotel pickup in some areas. You will be notified in advance if any additional charges apply.
[Cancellation Policy Due to Inclement Weather]
- Please be sure to include your contact information as cancellations may occur depending on the weather.
- Please understand that the tour itinerary may change without prior notice due to local circumstances.
- A little rain won't cancel your tour. If you arrive at the dock and the boat can't sail, we'll return you to your hotel and provide a refund.
- If the tour is canceled due to bad weather after the tour has already begun, no full refund will be given.
- If it rains heavily enough to make the tour impossible, we will contact you before the tour. (Cancelation is often the day before or on the day of the tour.)
- If you decide not to go on your own, a full refund is not possible.
[Other Information]
- If you are late for the meeting time, you will be considered a no-show and no refund or change will be possible.
- If there are not enough Korean participants on the day of the tour, the tour may proceed with a foreigner joining the group (a Korean guide will accompany the group).
- Due to the nature of the joint product, pickup and delivery times may be delayed. Complaints and refunds due to this are not our responsibility.
- Please be sure to wear a life jacket when riding a speedboat or snorkeling.
- You cannot use it with a travel carrier or large luggage.
- Tour accident insurance is insurance that applies only to tours.
- Accidents caused by drinking or personal negligence are not covered by insurance.
- Accidents caused by personal illness, not by bodily injury, are not covered by insurance.
- As a Thai corporation, this policy is covered under Thai law and only covers treatment at local Thai hospitals. (Treatment after returning to Korea is not covered at all.)
