We chose the most loved traditional recipe, following the suggestions of local Maestri Pizzaioli and we will share their secrets for amazing preparations with you: our mission is to spread the culinary tradition of our beautiful city Naples and to create experiences which are one of a kind. What you can expect to learn (and taste!) in our Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Making class: Pizza Margherita or Pizza Marinara: is a typical Napolitan pizza, made with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella fior di latte, fresh basil, salt and extra-virgin olive oil. Its unique flavour depends on the leavening and baking: you will learn all this and so much more at the Naples Pizza Making class! Tiramisu: You will learn how to create the perfect balance between creamy mascarpone, coffee-soaked biscuits, and a delicate touch of cocoa, following an authentic recipe inspired by Italian culinary tradition. At the end of the experience, you will taste and enjoy the tiramisù you have prepared with your own hands. In addition, before the class, you will taste a special appetizer with bruschetta, crocchè and wine/beer.
