Before the trip begins, customer service will contact you in advance to
confirm your preferred departure and end times and locations for the day.

－ Service Introduction －

1. Duration: 10 hours; 8 hours if starting or ending in a different location.

2. Driver Language: Chinese / Japanese / English (Chinese is prioritized by
default; specific languages cannot be requested).

3. Departure Time: The driver will wait at the designated location before the
agreed departure time. If the departure is delayed due to personal reasons,
the time will still be calculated from the agreed-upon time. Please plan your
schedule accordingly!

4. Departure/End Location: Generally, pick-up/drop-off is at your hotel or
guesthouse in downtown Sapporo. Other locations can be specified upon request
(extra charges may apply for locations outside downtown Sapporo, which can be
paid to the driver on the day).

5. Service Hours: 08:00 - 20:00

6. Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic spots.

7. Note: In the event that the booked vehicle type is unavailable due to
force majeure (accidents, breakdowns, scheduled maintenance, etc.), our
company will automatically provide a replacement vehicle of the same or higher
class to avoid disrupting your itinerary (we will never downgrade your
vehicle).

8. Overtime fees will apply for delays caused by traffic congestion,
regardless of whether the cause is natural or related to traffic regulations.
