· Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time and wait. After the meeting time, latecomers or absent customers will not be waited for, and no refunds will be given.
· Contacts or changes with customers will be made via Whatsapp/Line/Wechat or email. Please confirm whether your personal information is filled in correctly.
· If using Line/Wechat, please set it up to receive messages from strangers and add friends, and confirm that the ID is filled in correctly. If the itinerary is delayed on the day due to the above reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not provide refunds.

[Fees Notice]
· Tour costs include tips for local drivers and tour guides, entrance fees and one-way transportation.
· All tickets are not transferable or refundable.

· This admission ticket is for foreigners only, and you need to present your passport or alien registration card to receive it.
· According to Korean Broadcasting Corporation regulations, minors under 16 years old are not allowed to enter even if they are accompanied by a guardian.
· This ticket is a non-reserved seat ticket.
· If the ticket is found to have been booked through improper means, the booking will be forcibly cancelled.
· The ticket holder is solely responsible for lost or damaged tickets. Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, and you will not be able to enter without a ticket.
· After the admission deadline, admission may be restricted or may be changed to standing room seating.
· It is prohibited to carry items that may threaten the physical safety of others. Examples: glass bottles, steel cans, glass, sharp objects, fireworks, lighters, tools, knives, large suitcases, hard objects with sharp corners, unsealed paper bags for large quantities of items, etc.
· During the viewing period, photography and video recording are prohibited in the studio and recording site. If you are caught taking photos, you may be asked to delete the photos and be asked to leave.
· If you do not arrive at the meeting point on time, admission may be restricted. Please abide by the time for your own rights.
· If the reservation is made illegally or is not a foreigner's status, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be given.
· The itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. If the reserved venue is unavailable due to security inspection or closure, the company will not be responsible or liable for refunds.
· Travel insurance is not included. The company does not assume any responsibility for physical damage or death caused by accidents due to force majeure or unforeseen factors. Customers are strongly recommended to purchase relevant insurance in advance.
