Along the way make sure to stop at local food stalls to try Vietnamese Bun Cha. Moving to the next place, let’s try the famous Vietnamese Banh Mi (with pork/chicken/egg). It’s really a harmonious combination of ingredients (chicken/egg, different herbs and vegetables and sauces). Next, enjoy Pho (mixed version), which is Vietnam’s most famous dish. Definitely don't miss out on a Vietnamese traditional dessert called Chè (sweet soup). There are both hot and cold versions for each season.
