If you intend to wear a Japanese kimono, please note that it may feel tight around the stomach area. For this reason, we kindly ask that individuals whom a doctor has advised due to a chronic illness or those currently pregnant refrain from wearing it. We appreciate your understanding.

Please return the kimono by 5:00 PM on the same day.

Wearing a kimono can put pressure on the stomach area; hence, it is not recommended for pregnant customers to participate.

Zori sandals may cause chafing, so we recommend wearing alternative footwear if you plan to do a lot of walking.

The back of the kimono is open, so it's best to wear an inner layer without a closed neck.

In winter, it can be chilly in a kimono, so we recommend wearing innerwear with a wide neck area, tights, arm warmers, or a scarf.

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before your reservation. The experience will start on time, even if you're late.

It takes about 1 to 1.5 hours from arrival to finishing dressing and departing for a walk. Depending on the crowd, you may have to wait.

A hair setting service is included for women, but additional hair irons or accessories can be rented on-site for 1,650 yen/person.

Please be informed that canceling any reservations or bookings on the same day is impossible.
