Amazing art gallery with impressive collection of works from world renowned artists. The gallery is huge (size is comparable to the Louvre or the MET)... it would be challenging to see it all in a day! The building was beautiful and had a great atmosphere throughout, I would recommend spending a few hours to half a day during your visit to Chicago.
