Due to safety regulations, entry to Train Street may be restricted without prior notice. In the unlikely event that you are unable to enter on the day, we will provide you with an alternative option of walking along the train tracks at Long Bien Bridge.

When entering Train Street, we will guide you to the area where you can enter while taking safety into consideration. Please follow the guide's instructions.

Please note that the restaurant we serve for lunch is very popular, so you may have to wait a while to be seated.

The guide will help you take photos, but please take photos with your own mobile phone (camera).

In the unlikely event that the Serein Café & Lounge you are scheduled to visit is suddenly closed, we will provide egg coffee at an alternative café. In that case, there will be no discount or refund.
