We were able to stick to our originally planned itinerary, which was great. The cool car, refreshing wet towels, and water service after returning from each archaeological site were particularly appreciated.

We booked a 10 hours car rental with driver to go for our own customised tour for Angkor Wat temples on Pelago kind of last minute and late at night. Pelago's instant response and confirmation of our booking was very fast & efficient. Their partner, Asean Angkor Guides Operation Manager, Raksa Asean was very fast to initial contact with us through Whats App. It helps to put our mind at ease that our booking is confirmed and good to go for our next day early morning trip. He sent us a photograph of our MVP car and name of our assigned Driver, Mr Samedi. Thereafter, he advised us to book our Angkor Wat Temple Visit pass online and even forwarded the website link to us. Which we did and were very grateful for it as it saved us time make a trip to the counter to purchase our tickets for our day trip. Our assigned Driver, Mr Samedi arrived on time to pick us up at our Hotel. He is a good driver and knowledgeable, sharing interesting anecdotes throughout our trip making it really enjoyable. The ice scented trowels and ice bottled waters which he offered us after our return from each of our temple visit were welcoming and nice. We truly enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the fast & efficient responses from Pelago and its partner for making our temple visits an memorable one. We do highly recommend them for their services.

We hired a car driver but got a driver + guide. Mr. Sammady has extensive knowledge about the history of Angkor Wat and also speaks good english
