Meeting Point
The hangar and passenger lounge is located at Hangar 81, 30 Bristol Street Essendon Fields. Find hangar 81 to the left of the big Bombardier hangar on Bristol Street, it has 81 written on the front of the building. At the hanger follow the pathway on the left side of the building to the far end. Enter the door to your right to find our passenger lounge and your pilot will be waiting there for you.

What To Bring
Dress code: Wear whatever is comfortable for you. Just be mindful of the weather at your destination. If you are going to take pictures, darker colours are better because it reduces the chance of reflections in your photos.
Good To Know
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour departure time.
Low cloud, high winds and thunderstorm will generally prevent your flight from departing. Safety is the provider's primary concern and no compromise will be made to safety standards. The provider will try their best to reschedule your flight or provide a full refund. Eco Flight will not be liable for any additional expense or inconvenience arising from any delay or cancellation of the service.
There are no restrictions for children and infants of all ages.
Weight limitations: Maximum weight for any passenger is 136kg/300lbs including any luggage due to aircraft limitations.
Infants up to the age of 2 years will have to sit on the lap of an adult with a separate restraining belt, or in an approved child seat.
Only 1 infant is allowed per flight.
Children over 2 must occupy their own seats.
Please indicate in the special requests section if you are planning to travel with an infant.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
