— Important Info —

• The transfer service operates daily for 24 hours.
• In the case of a delayed flight, please contact customer service immediately.
• The pickup and transfer service from your hotel to the airport must be booked at least 3 hours before the departure time.
• Additional waiting time 300 THB per hour.
• Any extra stops or sudden changes on the drop off location without prior agreement with the operator will incur an additional to be paid in cash (THB).
• After meeting our staff at the scheduled time, an additional 15–30 minutes may be required to arrange and dispatch the vehicle, depending on traffic conditions at the airport.

— Additional Info —

• In case of a flight delay for arrival service, any change to the pick-up time must be informed at least 3 hours prior to the original pick-up time.
• In case of a flight delay for departure service, any change to the pick-up time must be informed at least 6 hours prior to the original pick-up time.
• Any situation requires additional waiting time (beyond the free waiting time stated on the website), Please ensure that you confirm with the customer service at least 30 minutes prior to proceeding, as failure to do so will be considered a no-show and will result in a full charge. Additionally, the customer service must confirm with the driver before moving forward.

— Animals/Pets Policy —

• Animals and pets are not permitted on the vehicle under any circumstance.

— Meeting Location —

• International flight & Domestic flight at Samui International Airport : Meeting point arrival terminal (1st Floor).
• The airport pick up maximum waiting time is 60 minutes.
• The hotel pickup meeting point at hotel lobby.
• The hotel pick up maximum waiting time is 20 minutes.

— Reschedule Policy —

Rescheduling can only be done at the latest 6 hours before the pick-up time.
