Physical SIM Card

• This is not an eSIM service. All SIM Cards mentioned are physical SIM Cards.
• All hi!Tourist values will expire within the respective validity period stated.
• Local and international calls are charged based on per minute block.
• Fair usage of 1GB per day applies for free access to Facebook, LINE, WeChat, and WhatsApp.
• Order submission is final and there is strictly no refund, exchange or cancellation once payment is successful.
• Validity of SIM Card is indicated in the Option Description, or on your confirmation vouchers.
• Register and activate your SIM Card upon collection, and download the Singtel Hi!App for tracking data usage after activation.
• Ensure you have a data connection before leaving the redemption counter.
• Data Roaming is only available once your SIM Card has been activated in Singapore.
• Mandated by IMDA in Singapore, each subscriber can only register up to 3 prepaid SIM cards, regardless of service providers.
• Singaporeans or PRs can only use physical NRIC for redemption and registration of SIM cards.
• Original physical passport must be presented for non-Singaporean citizens during redemption.
• Unlimited local calls/SMS refer to 3,000 local call minutes and 5,000 local SMS for 12 days ($30 hi!Tourist SIM Card) / 15 days ($50 hi!Tourist SIM Card).

eSIM

• Order submission is final and there is strictly no refund, exchange or cancellation once payment is successful.
• From 15 July 2024 under IMDA’s regulations, SIM registration with passport will be subjected to thirty (30) days validity. To retain your SIM for more than 30 days, re-registration is required at any Singtel Shop, Singtel Exclusive Retailer or Singtel mRemit Lucky Plaza
• The person registering the SIM card at the collection point needs to be at least 15 years old.
• Original physical passport must be presented for non-Singaporean citizens during redemption.
• You can register up to 3 prepaid mobile numbers using your identification document across all telcos in Singapore.
• Please ensure that your device is eSIM-compatible. Click here to see if your device is eSIM-compatible and not carrier-locked.

• eSIM is valid for purchase by all nationalities except Singapore residents.
• The person registering any SIM card at the collection point needs to be at least 15 years old.

• Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.

• For Physical SIM Cards, a full refund will be processed if cancelled before the date of selection.
• No refunds or cancellations for eSIMs.

Please note that eSIM on iPhone is not offered in China mainland. In Hong Kong and Macao, some iPhone models may feature eSIM. You may refer to this link for eSIM supported devices.

This eSIM is data-only with no number, calls or SMS and can only be registered using traveller passport.

Follow these steps to register and install your eSIM with your physical passport. Set up and use your eSIM in 3 steps or you may refer to this link on the full guide:

Redeem your eSIM online

• Enter your confirmation code (GTXXXXX) found in your booking email PDF within 60 days from the date of purchase, input your email and date of arrival.
• Upon successful redemption, you will be prompted to register your eSIM immediately or you may do so nearer to your date of arrival as the plan will be activate immediately. You can refer to the email on eSIM registration from Singtel.

Register your eSIM (required by IMDA with physical passport and selfie taking)

• Recommend you to start your eSIM registration and installation nearer to your arrival date in Singapore as the plan will be activate immediately upon successful registration.
• Upon successful registration, you will be prompted to install your eSIM immediately or you may do so later by referring to the email on eSIM installation from Singtel.

Install your eSIM

• When in Singapore, simply select your eSIM and you will be connected once detecting network is in Singapore.

Do note that registration and installation steps can be pre-done overseas, however your eSIM plan will be activate immediately.

• Please book at least 24 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.

• Upon booking confirmation, SIM card must be redeemed within 60 days from the date of purchase.
