Highlights

Two off the beaten path places, including Fort Charlotte and Calico Jack Pirate Bar. Two popular places, which are a must see in Jamaica, including 7-Mile beach and Rick's Cafe. All of these places are either impossible to visit or way too expensive to visit for visitors coming to Jamaica. This is a must do excursion which includes entrance fee and transportation.

Itinerary

  • Fort Charlotte

    1 hoursAdmission Ticket Included
Fort Charlotte, located in Lucea, in the parish of Hanover, was built in the mid 18th Century by the British for the defence of the North North Westerly section of the island. It was built during the reign of King George III of England, and is named after his consort, Charlotte. The fort was built with a barrack capable of housing 50 men. During the Napoleonic Wars it was thought that the guns at the fort were insufficient to guard the harbour, so in 1807, three 24 pounders on traversing carriages were installed on the seaward side of the fort. The fort is built of rectangular cut stone and has several openings toward the sea. Inside the fort is the remains of the circular base for the rotation of guns which were placed there so that they could shoot from every possible angle. The Artillery Store still stands and is made of cutstone. It has buttesses and a gable ended roof. A section of the fort currently forms part of the Rusea's High School.
  • Calico Jack's Pirate Island

    2 hoursAdmission Ticket Included
7 Mile Beach, Calico Jack’s is a world apart. A rustic bar on its own little castaway island, surrounded by the Caribbean Sea and the azure blue tropical sky. Towards the horizon, all you see is wild coastline and pristine coral reefs. In fact, for snorkelling, it is considered one of the best spots in Negril. It is also becoming known as an excellent spot to capture award-winning sunset photos.
  • Seven Mile Beach

    2 hoursAdmission Ticket Included
Twenty lush, jasmine-scented acres unfold on the most prime stretch of Negril’s world-renowned, Seven-Mile beach, where you’ll be charmed by or enveloped in an enchanting world of natural splendor. Add in first-class amenities, gourmet dining and an array of excellent activities and you’ll soon realize that you’ve discovered paradise on earth.
  • Rick's Cafe

1 hours 30 minsAdmission Ticket Included
If you desire to have an unrivaled view of the best Jamaican sunsets, atop a 35-foot high cliff on the West End, then Rick’s Cafe in Negril is a must visit stop during your trip to the island. Thrill seekers flock to this world-famous bar and restaurant that has been extensively featured across international media and voted amongst the best bars in the world, the best bar for sunsets and 1 of 1000 places to see you before you die. As one of the most popular attractions in Jamaica, Rick’s Cafe is actually a bar and restaurant but its guests visit mostly for cliff-diving and to watch the sun as it descends into an awe-inspiring sunset.
