To make matters worse, Pelago’s support has been extremely disappointing — it’s impossible to reach a live agent even in an urgent situation like this, and the chatbot provides no meaningful assistance. We cannot recommend booking through Pelago, despite the miles reward, as other platforms handle incidents like these far more responsibly and professionally. We are now waiting for our refund to be processed.
