Kru Ploy along with her team will try to give you very hands-on experience during the time you'll spend with them. From knowing how to tell if your ingredients are fresh and how to prepare them in their kitchen that can amply fit 15 of you and your friends don't be scared about being an amateur just come and have fun! Itinerary

  • Baan Farm Thai Cooking School

    Your journey begins with a quick transfer from your accommodation in Chiang Mai to the Cookery School, with pick-up roughly 30-50 minutes before your scheduled start time. Join us for a 30 min tour at a local Thai market where we will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Arrive at our school and a welcome drink is served. Visit an organic farm and get some ingredients for the cook. After that, you will be ready to start your 2.5-hour lesson in our kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you will need to get started. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food with Kru Ploy and her team. Savor a mouthwatering Thai lunch or dinner made by yourself and transfer back to your hotel.
