The ninshi trained ninjas and served the Shogunate. IN (mudra) meditation energizes your inner self and stimulates theta-brainwaves.
You'll dress up in traditional samue, a type of dojo uniform. Master shinobi breathing, and learn five fundamental mudras and three types of breathing: Shin, Tai and Kyo. This practice improves autonomic functions and control of the mind and body.
Align yourself with nature and pick up the sword technique of musoken (swordsmanship without ego). Practice classic Batto Jutsu, the technique of drawing and sheathing, as a means to physical, moral and spiritual development.

Look for a greenish-brown building with an orange JP (Japan Post) signage across the Tokyo Tower Parking Entrance.
