A hike accessible to all, a hike and yoga in the heart of the Calanques massif, with botanical and historical commentaries to help you learn more about this steep ecosystem and recognise the endemic plants and flowers. The Vinyasa Yoga session is designed for beginners and experienced yogis alike, to gently wake up the joints and the whole body. It will also help to develop concentration and feeling, so that you become fully aware of your surroundings. Breathing is at the heart of the teaching, and the particularities of all bodies are taken into account. Energy balls, garrigue syrup or ayurvedic tea (depending on the season) will be offered :)
