Hotel/Ski Resort Pick-Up

• Location: Hotel lobby or designated entrance
• The driver will display a name sign
• Please allow enough travel time for international departures (arrive 2–3 hours before flight)

Sapporo Point-to-Point Transfer

• One-way transfer between Sapporo city hotels and ski resorts
• The driver will meet at the designated pickup location

• This is a one-way transfer service only. If you need round-trip transportation, please make two separate bookings.
• Vehicle availability will be confirmed within 2 working days after your reservation is received.
• If your reservation is made on a weekend or public holiday, confirmation will be provided on the next business day.
• Additional charges apply for delays due to inaccurate group/luggage information
• Exact vehicle type depends on availability
• In case of flight delays, please contact the driver or the customer center immediately
• No refund for missed service due to failure to notify in time
• Road closures, strikes, weather, or traffic may cause delays; no compensation for missed flights in such cases

To ensure a smooth transfer experience, please provide accurate and complete booking details, including:

• Flight information (for airport pickups), and precise pick-up and drop-off locations, including the full address. Acceptable locations include ski resorts, hotels, B&Bs, or private residences.
• Number of passengers, number and size of luggage, and any child seat requirements. Please note that the more luggage you have, the fewer passengers can be accommodated.
• If the actual number of passengers or luggage differs significantly from what was provided at the time of booking, additional charges may apply, or service may be refused by the on-site operator.
• In case of flight delays or changes, you must contact both the driver and the Customer Service Center immediately.
• If no notice is provided and the driver cannot reach you, they may leave without waiting, and no refund will be issued.
• Please plan your booking time conservatively. The local operator is not responsible for missed flights due to force majeure events such as road closures, extreme weather, strikes, or traffic congestion. Additional charges may apply in such cases.

• 100% refund: Cancel 21+ days before travel
• 80% refund: Cancel 15–20 days before
• 60% refund: Cancel 10–14 days before
• 40% refund: Cancel 6–9 days before
• 20% refund: Cancel 3–5 days before
• No refund: Cancel less than 3 days before
