The ancient medina of Fes is home to an amazing variety of handicrafts, all made with according to Moroccan tradition by hand. There are leather goods, carpets, pottery, mosaic, clothing and shoes, brass and copper pots, not to mention the incredibly variety of edible in the vast food markets, including olives and olive oil, honey, spices, preserved lemons, fresh fruits, and amazing breads and baked goods.
