Valentino is a very knowledgeable and engaging teacher. And a bit of a joker, be prepared. Our class was 3 couples who all participated in the making of tagliatelle pasta, fresh mozzarella cheese, and tiramisu desert. Valentino has homemade Prosecco and Rosso wine that he shared while we were “studying” in class. I will add that it is better than the house wine we had the night before in a restaurant. A bonus was the .5 km walk to a medieval bldg be renovated. It sits on a point overlooking the bay. It is spectacular. The class was slightly longer than 3 hrs and we believe it was a well spent 3 hrs
