Honestly not sure why there's hate for this place. We went on a weekday and the crowd was rather manageable - the bridge was less crowded at around 3+pm and there wasn't long queues for cable car. We really appreciate the thought and design of the place! Whoever designed the theme park really put a lot of thought into the details, from the different zones to the performances, down to the food. We especially love the mains (we ordered chicken cordon bleu) at the Ba Na Brewery.
