- Important Notes When Visiting
- All tickets are for a 30-minute session (including entry and exit). Extensions cannot be granted if you arrive late.
- Our shop operates on a complete turnover system, and there is no waiting area inside.
- Please line up outside for entry. You will be asked to leave 5 minutes before the session ends. Please be sure to review the rules and enjoy your time at the shop.
- Due to the Samoyeds' needs, there may be times when they are not at the shop or the number of dogs may be fewer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Unaccompanied children under 12 are not permitted to enter.
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.
