The ItCooking team will go directly to the customer's location where the cooking lesson will take place - Cooking Class includes one intensive cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, four-course dinner following the lesson including selected wines, all food ingredients, taxes. Times of the lesson (total time dinner included about 4 hours). Presentation of the menu, a coffee with the chef, preparation of dishes, 4-course dinner (selected wines included), coffee, “ammazza-caffè” (grappa or amaro). What You Can Expect During the class you’ll learn to cook a number of basic and advanced Italian dishes as well as secret techniques that make Italian cuisine so rich and delicious. Attending such a cooking class enables you to learn how to prepare multi-course Italian meals. Our chefs will teach you to prepare dishes whose ingredients you can easily find and which you can cook once you get home.
