Based on your dietary restrictions we will cook together several recipes, from the most iconic local dish, the Bagna Càoda, to handmade Fresh Pasta by scratch, crossing a Seasonal Sauce to end with the inimitable Tiramisu! About your host Matteo: "I am a chef originally from Sardinia. In the kitchen I love to mix my roots with the gastronomic customs of Italy and the rest of the world, sharing knowledge and experiences with other people, discovering and recovering popular traditions and flavors, with an eye always attentive to the products of natural and healthy cuisine."
