Great experience for kids and adults
Had a lovely time at Werribee Zoo with my little one. We enjoyed the space and being able to roam freely (just like the animals) to explore the various areas and be one step closer to the animals and enclosures.
Children enter free on weekends. Redeemed physical tickets at the counter before entering. Great activity for families with young children.
Redeeming the tickets bought on Pelago was convenient as I just had to approach the ticket counter to exchange them for the official entry ticket. The free safari bus ride was the highlight as you do not really find that in many zoos in big metropolitan cities around the world. They are working on expanding the exhibits and having different species of animals in the upcoming year. Might be worth a visit especially if bringing along children
