This was a great half-day experience that, for a big eater like me, meant I wasn't hungry until the next day because the food was so impressive and plentiful (you also get to eat the chefs' meals!). While I'm no culinary expert, the food preparation and cooking class was straightforward and produced some amazing results. The chef was engaging and quite funny at times, and the kitchen was spotless and had everything you'd need to whip up a storm. At the end, we ate it all in the restaurant - a brilliant experience all round.
I booked the Phuket class by mistake even though I wanted to attend the one in Bangkok. I went to the school in Bangkok and they managed to let me join the class there. I enjoyed the whole experience and will highly recommend this activity to all
