- Getting There: Exit from MRT (green line) Tuas Link and walk towards Raffles Marina.
- No pickup service is provided.

- Adult age: 18 years and above.
- All minors (below 18 years) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

- Umbrella in case of wet weather.
- Proper attire for lighthouse entry: pants and comfortable shoes.
- Accessible walking routes are included; however, lighthouse access may involve stairs.
- Not recommended for guests with severe mobility issues.

- Cancellations made 4 or more days before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made 4 or fewer days before the activity date.
- The organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event if the minimum number of participants (8 pax) required is not met or due to inclement weather. In such circumstances, registered participants will be notified at least three (3) working days prior to the originally scheduled event date. Participants will be contacted via the email address or contact details provided during registration with information regarding the rescheduled date and any alternative arrangements.
- If the event is rescheduled, participants may choose to either transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date at no additional cost or request a full refund of their ticket price.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 5 working days of the rescheduling notification. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the request.
