• Children under 2 years old are free of charge. If you are bringing a child, please indicate this in your request.
• Elephant tracking is optional, so if you want it, just ask your guide. If there are other people on site who want to do elephant tracking or photography/feeding, you will have to wait until the end of the experience, even if you don't want to. It usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
• The minimum departure number is based on adults. A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children can ride in a passenger vehicle. However, depending on the amount of luggage (carrier), it may be difficult to board the passenger vehicle. Please consider the number of people and the amount of luggage when making a reservation. If you have difficulty making a decision, please write it in the request section and we will confirm it. Please note that we cannot help you if you have difficulty boarding the vehicle on the day of the tour due to failure to check in advance.
• Sunset boats are available for join-in use.
• If it rains moderately, the tour will proceed as scheduled. However, if it rains excessively, boat boarding may be restricted for safety reasons. In this case, the boat boarding will proceed with a different schedule. Depending on the situation, the guide will provide an alternative schedule, and please note that even if the schedule is changed due to rain, a separate refund is not possible.
• We are unable to assist with any issues that arise from not specifying the meeting location accurately.
• Please be especially careful about losing valuables, cash, etc., and personal safety accidents. We inform you in advance that we are not responsible for the loss of valuables, regardless of the reason.

[If you are moving to the airport after the tour ends]

• If your flight is not past midnight, you may not be able to arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare (e.g., flights departing at 22:10-22:45 / flights departing at 22:50-23:30).
• You may need to shorten your tour a bit to get to the airport on time.

1. Departure flights at 22:10-22:45
- Tour start time must be changed from 14:30 to 13:30 / Only long-tail boats are available and sunset viewing is not possible

2. Departure flights at 22:50-23:30
- Alternative 1. Use a private long-tail boat instead of a sunset cruise (*When using a long-tail boat, it may be difficult to see the sunset depending on the sunset time)
- Alternative 2. Proceed with the sunset cruise and skip the Wat Chaiwattanaram visit. (However, even if you choose Alternative 2, it may be difficult to board the sunset cruise depending on the situation on the day.)
