I have had to raise a serious complaint against KINN SPA .I am still awaiting a resolution. The manager at the reception is a racist . Her extremely unprofessional approach to tourists from my country is not only disturbing its is actually a crime. I have had massage treatment in various countries including my own. I am polite and considerate to all people and cultures. It is such a shame that this person has taken it upon themselves to discriminate against people of other nationality to her own. So bad was her treatment of myself that I am refusing to attend this booking as I will not shalll not ever tolerate racism in any form let alone paying 1600thb for her and her staff to laugh and ridicule myself or any other paying guest. I steer away from writing bad reviews. But this person has forced my hand. Unfortunately I am not alone as she has done this to multiple people.

I have had the most vile experience at this venue the manager is a Racist . While it looks quiet nice both outside and in as one would expect in this price point of 1600thb. That's where it ends .All walk in guests from China were treated like VIP. Right in front of me. But when it came to me the Australian. I was treated like I didn't belong and she made it very clear. Now I speak Thai and have been coming to Thailand for many years. Never have I EVER been subject to racism but the manager here is not only racist but extremely rude and demeaning. Her staff also laughing and giggling when I had to get changed. it was that bad I had another treatment booked that I refused to ever attend this facility ever again. I would suggest none of us should ever accept this behavior from anyone let alone pay money to be abused.
