You will be added to a chat group 1day before the activity date, to confirm your activity information. Since this was an airport pickup, Tony was already waiting at arrivals with a named signboard. Tony was friendly and helped with our luggages. The ride to our hotel was also smooth. Electric Tesla picked us up. Tony could speak both English and Chinese. Thankfully, since we could speak chinese, it was easier for him as well. He also gave us some tips on where to visit.
The vehicle was a huge 7-seater EV and very new. Driver was helpful and friendly.

Driver arrived on time and the ride was smooth .
The booking was a bit confusing, booked for 5 persons but learnt that it was for 5 passengers in the car which included the driver. Indicated 6 luggage’s but could only take 4. But the driver was professional and tried to help. Ended up 2 persons had to take a taxi
The vendor was dishonest and sent me a sedan instead of the MPV I booked.
