Travel along the scenic Niagara Parkway, towards Niagara-on-the-Lake, to visit Niagara Parks' famous Floral Clock. The intricate designs on the face of the Floral Clock are created with thousands of carpet bedding plants and are changed twice each year. The planted face of the Floral Clock is maintained by Niagara Parks horticulture staff, while the mechanism inside is kept in working order by Ontario Power Generation. The tower at the back of the clock houses Westminster chimes that greet each quarter hour.

The Skylon Tower, in Niagara Falls, Ontario, is an observation tower that overlooks both the American Falls, New York, and the larger Horseshoe Falls, Ontario, from the Canadian side of the Niagara River.

You will have around 3 hours of time to explore Niagara Falls independently. Most people will do the Hornblower Niagara Cruise during this time (available from May - November). You can choose to have your lunch at any of the restaurants or fast food eateries in Niagara Falls and you can even eat your lunch right at the brink of the falls where the water goes over the drop. Other activities you can choose to do independently are The Journey Behind the Falls and Niagara's Fury amongst many others.
