Our guide Mandy was great and very engaging.
We took a ferry trip to view the Statue of Liberty and were disappointed with the overall experience. The operation felt poorly organised and unprofessional. Passengers were encouraged to pay an additional fee of $20–$40 per person to access indoor seating, which was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. Those who did not pay were directed to the lower level, where the windows were heavily dust-covered, making photography and visibility very difficult. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and did not feel good value for money. I would recommend taking the public ferry instead, which offers a clearer view at minimal cost and a far more straightforward experience.
Boat ride is good with explanations but photos what they provide is horrible even a cheap mobile camera can take better ones
