Highlights
This will be an unforgettable day for you and your friends and family.
Ride in style! This trip lets you visit Luang Prabang in an all exclusive vintage jeep!
First visits off the day are Wat Aham & Wat Visoun, the oldest temples in the city. That Mak Mo (shaped like a watermelon) was built in 1504 and restored by Henri Mouhot (famous for his restoration work in Angkor). The old part of the city sits on a Peninsula between the Mekong and Nam Khan rivers and it
contains many old temples.
Wat Xieng Thong is certainly one of the most beautiful and sits at the northern end of the peninsula.
As you pass from temple to temple, you have the chance to see the local people going about their daily lives.
In the afternoon, you continue to explore the city's narrow streets with their mix of colonial style houses and green spaces dominated by palm trees and at the end of the afternoon you'll have the option to climb to the top of Mount Phousi for the unmissable sunset.
