【Important Notes on Purchase】

• This product is only available for departure from Pattaya; departure from Bangkok is not possible.
• If you have heart disease or any other medical conditions, please notify us in advance for your safety. If you use the service without prior notice, the tour may be refused, and no refund will be given.
• We do not recommend this tour for people with back problems or infants due to the recoil of the speed boat.
  
• Please take special care regarding the loss of valuables and cash, as well as personal safety. We are unable to provide assistance in the event of a loss of valuables. (Please store your valuables in the safety deposit box in your room if possible. Please take a photo of your valuables when storing them.)
  
• Those who have not selected any water sports during the transfer to Coral Island must wait until others finish. You must wait for Parasailing, while for Sea Walking or Playground, you must wait according to the day's itinerary.
• You only need to bring enough money for snacks and tips.
  
• Things to bring: Slippers or sandals, towel (you may borrow a towel from the hotel), sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothes or swimsuit. *Please wear a swimsuit underneath and cover your body with something over it.
• The maximum coverage limit for local Thai injury insurance is 500,000 baht, and in the event of an incident, we will cover the remaining hospital treatment costs excluding any portion attributable to negligence. Treatment costs are paid directly to the local hospital, not in cash.
• The second Wednesday of every month is designated by the Thai government as Beach Cleanup Day. On this day, you may store your belongings and relax at nearby restaurants instead of using beach umbrellas.
  
• When using marine sports, please be sure to follow the instructions of safety personnel and pay attention to your personal safety.
  
• Activities included in the options are difficult to change.
  

【Meeting Notice】

• The exact pickup time and vehicle number will be provided via KakaoTalk the day before the tour. Please be sure to leave a phone number or KakaoTalk ID that can be reached when making a reservation.
• Drivers are generally met in the lobby. (However, please wait at the Bay Tower lobby for Holiday Inn hotels, the Chic Tower lobby for Discovery Beach hotels, the Tower Wing lobby for Zine hotels, and the 1st floor lobby for Hilton Pattaya.)
• An additional fee may apply for pickup depending on the hotel location. Please pay this extra amount directly to the guide on-site.
• If you are not using the pickup service, please arrive directly at Bali Hai Pier by 8:20 AM or 12:20 PM. ( Check Bali Hai Pier location )
• The tour company will notify you via KakaoTalk the day before the tour.
  
• Additional charges may apply for areas outside of Pattaya city center. Please pay these additional fees directly to the guide on-site. (Please check [ Pickup Fee and Location Guide ] for additional pickup fees.)
• Hotel arrival times may vary slightly depending on local traffic conditions.
  
• If you arrive at the pickup location by bus, the meeting point is near the terminal, either Trio Pattaya Hotel or J Pattaya Hotel. (However, pickup and drop-off are not available at Pattaya North Terminal.)

【Marine Sports Option Information】

1. Playground + Snorkeling + Paddleboarding + Kayaking: Activities take place in the playground area; relaxation is available on the boat.

2. Sea Walking (approx. 15 minutes)

- On-site photo shoot available (approx. 30 photos, 1-2 minutes video): 800 baht/team (max. 6 people)

[Caution] It may be difficult to see fish if the weather is bad.

3. Jet ski

- Ride with a guide.

[Caution] The customer is 100% responsible if they ride without a guide or if an accident occurs after renting the jet ski.

4. Parasailing (Basic 1 lap, approx. 3 minutes)

- Children ride with a guide

[Caution] You cannot ride if you weigh 100kg or more or have surgical scars on your legs.

5. Banana Boat (approx. 5 minutes)

【Marine Sports On-site Usage Fee Schedule】

• Parasailing (3 minutes): 600 baht (1 lap)
• Playground (Snorkeling + Paddleboard + Kayak: 200 baht)
• Parasailing (3 minutes): 600 baht (1 lap), 1,200 baht (2 laps)
• Sea Walking (15 minutes): 600 baht / Sea Walking + Photo Shoot: 800 baht
• Banana Boat (5 minutes): 300 baht
• Jet ski (5 minutes): 400 baht
• - The price is per person. For additional payments on-site, please pay the guide in cash (Baht).

【Marine Sports Option Information】

• Regarding bringing luggage
  - Generally, you cannot bring suitcases. If you wish to bring one, please request in advance, or you can store it at Bali Hai Pier (100 baht per item, payable on-site).
  - Pick-up is by Songthaew, so large suitcases (28–30 inches) may inconvenience other guests; therefore, we recommend reporting to the hotel lobby before the tour.
  
  
• Regarding shower facilities
  - Shower facilities are separate from the tour package, and operation and fees are subject to change depending on circumstances.
  - Please prepare soap, shampoo, towels, etc. individually
  1) Showers on Coral Island: 40 baht per person
  2) Bali Hai Pier Showers: Shower room 50 baht per person / Toilet 10 baht per person
