Your eSIM will be delivered via email. Please provide a valid email address, failure to do so will delay the eSIM processing.
eSIM must be scanned and used 90 days from the date of purchase. Expired eSIMs are not refundable or extendable.
eSIM can only be scanned ONCE. Please scan eSIM QR code on the intended phone and do not delete eSIM until the end of your trip.
Deleted eSIMs or eSIMs scanned on the wrong device cannot be undone, recovered or replaced.
Domestic call rates depend on the number as rates differ between fixed lines, mobile and regional rates. To simplify the information, expect approximately 1.06 Baht per minute for calls, note the prevailing local VAT at 7%.
International call rates also differ greatly depending on the destination country. Customers can add a prefix code of "00400" before dialling the country code, area code, and phone number to enjoy a discounted rate of 1 Baht per minute for qualifying countries.
SMS rate is at 3 Baht/ message/ phone number while iSIMS rate is at 8 Baht/ message/ phone number. All rates exclude local taxes.
