- Departure: 15:01 → Arrives Sapporo Bus Terminal at 16:01
- Tickets must be exchanged for physical tickets before boarding. No refunds for missed buses or late arrivals.
- Weekday Lunch Time: 11:15–13:00
- Holiday Lunch Time: ① 11:15–12:35 or ② 13:00–14:20
- Bathing Time: 11:30–14:30 (last admission 14:00)
- Tour may be cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics).
- Guests with tattoos, tattoo stickers, or body art cannot use the onsen.
- Not recommended for guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or for pregnant women.
- Not fully wheelchair accessible.
- No special arrangements for strollers or wheelchairs onboard the shuttle.
