Please note that dates within one month from departure are available for booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation number from the local agency. Please show this number to the staff on-site.
When booking, please provide 3 preferred time slots in the 'Note' section. Visitors can notify their company's booking reference number in the 'Note' section so your party's timeslots can be arranged together.
Please select packages in accordance with the number of guests in your group. If there are 3 guests, you can book two 2-seater rail bikes or one 4-seater rail bike.
Children ages 3 and above must purchase a ticket. Please note that children below 3 years old must not occupy a seat.
Guests will be asked to sign a waiver of liability form for risks before going on the rail bike, guaranteeing full responsibility for their companion/s.
Children and elderly guests must be accompanied by another person.
Pets are not allowed on the bike.
Bike tours will still operate on rainy days, unless heavy storms will prevent operation.
Actual itinerary is dependent on weather or transportation conditions.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your activity time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals.
Please show the confirmation number issued by the local agency (2 English letters with 6-digit numbers) to the staff on-site.
If you wish to participate in the VR experience, please inform the staff on-site when redeeming your tickets. In the event of a large number of crowds or unforeseen weather conditions, VR experiences might be canceled. VR experiences require special glasses and are not recommended for guests ages 10 and below or ages 65 and above. Those who insist on participating will need to sign a consent form (temporarily unavailable due to the pandemic)

Memorable experience!
Late by less than 5 minutes, and the ticket office to exchange the voucher was closed for lunch. When the ticket office opened after lunch, I was told that my voucher cannot be used, cannot be used to book another slot nor get a refund. I was asked to buy a new ticket to get on the next available slot.
it was fun but kinda short
Ticket was easy to redeem. An instruction paper was given (in Eng) since staff mostly spoke Korean. Enjoyed the breezy ride which provided a nice view of mountains, rivers, and greeneries. It was followed by a train ride with more greeneries scene and a shuttle bus back to gimyujeong. You can choose not to take the bus too.
A bit tiring to pedal.
